I am in a situation in this new job where my manager would make bad jokes on my expense - are these harmless? What should I do?

I started this job recently and my manager is acting and joking about things that I don't understand. A brief backstory: I am coming to this job as an entry level with limited experience (less than 1 year). I left my previous job which is similar to this role, and so I making a lateral move. Now, this position came up and this manager has pushed really hard to get me on board. I went ahead with it, and during the interviews and the conversations he seemed to be very interested in training me on this and giving me guidance as he knew that this is new for me(but I have done this job but was different with the products, processes, etc.).

Now I can explain what is going on: I just started, and although I have already explained to him that I am not familiar with the products, and I am not familiar with the process. I was honest from the get go without giving him any false idea that I knew everything. Ever since I started from day 1, he has been joking that he will give tough projects with no help, and then there is this coworker that I now have who backs him on it with the teasing. I don't know what to say, but he will come and joke in front of everyone that he will give me tough projects to do, he will not help me, etc., or he will say that you don't have a desk and I should be sitting on the floor, or I would not be getting any laptop to work and bad taste jokes on my expense. I don't know what to say, or how to react. What should I do? He looks at me while he talks like and expects to react. What should I say? Should I just stay quiet and not say anything? What I can do to make him stop this? I am regretting coming here already because of things like this.

I get it, he doesn't respect me, treats me like this but what is it? Is it harmless jokes or should I do something? Should I stay quiet and just work? I don't understand why someone would talk like this, my previous manager (or good managers) would never talk like that.
