How would I write my resume for a job I have NO experience in, but want to do? Truck Driver --> IT

My entire career has been nothing but truck driving, I quit that a little over two years ago and have been unemployed since (wife makes a lot of money). I want to get into Information Technology, I did a little bit of schooling for it a long time ago (2015) and never finished because I already knew everything they were teaching me and didn't want to spend 40 grand on a piece of paper. I've also attended a technical college as a trial student back in highschool (2009), but that's as far as my IT experience goes.

I'm looking to be more of a physical technical support for a business rather than a server administrator or network engineer. How should I word this?
