So I personally know someone who was overpaid a large sum on one of their checks. Not just wanting to be a tattle tale, but without digressing too much from the topic, let's just say he's a scumbag of the highest caliber. Not only at his job but with other people as well. I used to know this person when he told me this and we have since had a fallin out since he did some stuff to screw me over. Anyways, he was overpaid 12,000 on his check. They never reported it and left employers for a year and a half and now they were hired back where they got the money and the employer never found out. I would like to report them anonymously to payroll how they pocketed that money instead. I'm thinking if they said they found out through an "anonymous tipster", he's gonna know it was me as I'm one of the only ones that knows. What would be the best way to get him caught and also remain as anonymous as possible?
