How to explain why you are leaving

I am leaving if I get this job because I hate the system but I also don't like the boss, not giving me a promotion but hiring someone from outside with minimal mgr. exp. no EHR the one we use. I dislike the EHR is that enough to say? I think taking a parting shot is poor taste, or is it? Why not tell the truth? Will I feel better probably.
