Debating leaving my current job as a firefighter around 35k-40k to work at T-Mobile call center for 14 an hour. I'm switching to a career in software development, and I'm debating if this is good move? I've heard they offer tuition assistance as well, but how does that work. Also, how has anybody's experience been working at the T-Mobile call center and is there chance for promotion?
