Hiring manager accepted my LinkedIn connection only AFTER interview

I recently interviewed on site with a company. I sent the hiring manager a connection request on linkedin, he viewed my profile but did not accept it at first. I did decently at the interview, couldnt read the interviewer at all. But, the next morning he accepted my linkedin request.. he only has about 400 connections. Is it a good sign?
