I have an interview coming up soon and saw that glassdoor has previous interview questions by past employees. One of them was to tell a story in the 3rd person with a beginning, middle, and end. I'm not really creative on the spot like that and can see my response to this being pretty awkward and not really going anywhere, especially without knowing what the topic is before hand. Has anyone else had experience with this type of question? How is the best way to respond?
