started working recently at the company I am at. I have worked there before but left the company a while ago. It is a large company and I was excited for the job.
My manager and other 'boss' have treated me poorly since day 1. I was not treated this way when I worked for the same company but in a difference position.
I was going to keep working hard and hoping they would ease off on me. I thought it was because I was new.
Throughout the last week, my manager has made some slight racist comments. I thought nothing of it. Today, my boss said some extremely racist things and I feel extremely uncomfortable. I am completely shook. I do not know what to do.
I feel humiliated because I have to listen to these racist comments and if I say anything, I will get fired. I also feel that if I go to HR, they will fire me in order to protect the company.
