Do employers care about how intact your resume is?

I printed some resumes/curriculum and I put them in a folder

So then I dropped a bag over it and 5 copies still inside

They got all wrinkly but still clean and readable. Do employers care? I once handed my resume to someone and they had no care as to how they handled it. Others scribble quick notes on them when I hand it to them and they start asking availability questions and stuff
