I have my first ever internal interview coming up soon, and given my track record with external interviews, I can't help but feel like it's going to end with me not getting the job.
I think I have a lot (if not all) of what they're looking for, but I have really bad interview anxiety. So are my chances of getting a job from an internal interview a lot better than an external interview, or only slightly better? If it's only slightly, I don't much like my chances...
Regardless, I still plan on prepping for the interview. I guess I just wanna hear that as long as I'm not a total psycho during the interview, then I've got the job, but I seriously doubt that's the case lol.

Are you a lot more likely to be hired after an internal interview vs an external interview?
