When Will I Hear Back

Hi All,

Was curious when I’d heard back in my current situation. I had a final interview this Monday for a senior position at a smaller company. They seemed pretty happy with the interviews. I know that 2 other people are in the running for the position. When do you think I should I expect to hear back? I submitted a thank you letter on the same day I interviewed.
