So I've been working a part-time warehouse job for the past few months now to keep me afloat until after graduation. I Graduated from an IT program in December and although i didn't want to hop into career work immediately, my part-time job isn't providing me the hours I need right now.
Since I've only been at the job for 4 months now, should I list why I am leaving? I've had a lot of similar shorter temp jobs during college so I'm worried it looks bad, like I'm a job hopper. Although I do have a a summer internship in the same role for two summers in a row on my resume.
I'm thinking just a brief "Leaving company to find work with more consistent hours."
Edit: if it helps, my bosses at this job both know I am looking for work, and are okay with being references.
