Should I contact another potential employer?

I accepted a job offer a month ago. I was in touch with the hiring manager. The job has a few different locations and I gave them my preference. I got a message back asking if housing could be provided if that would make the move to another location easier. I told them yes. It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve followed up once a week but I’ve gotten no response over the last 2 weeks.

I haven’t signed anything. I am worried why they aren’t responding. Should I be worried? How much should I follow up?

Is it okay to contact another potential employer in this situation? They’re in the same industry and I had already turned them down for this position but I have to make a decision soon.
