Hi,
So I passed this first interview for this fine jewelry store. The manager was excited about me but she told me I have to submit 2 background checks and also have an interview with her boss.
I have not done anything but I failed 2 background checks before. I do not know why, maybe it was the addresses? I lived all over and I was not on a lease, so I am not sure if they do not find my name on those addresses.
I also lied about some specific dates since I was fired from some jobs and did not want to look bad with that gap. And my credit score is poor, so not sure if that matters,
The background check that they sent me asks me the information of my ID, list of addresses that I stayed within 7 years and such.
Should I continue with the process? Not sure since I do not want to waste my time, especially if I fail again.
