I finished my onsite interview which took about 4 hours 10 days ago. The recruiter told me in the email he would send me the final decision within 48 hours after the onsite interview while I haven't heard back from him until today. I sent my thank-you email to him the day after the interview but did not get any reply. Is it a sign of getting declined/not getting an offer? I am not sure if I should send another follow-up email to the recruiter. If I'm sending another email asking about the process, what should I write? Thanks a lot if you guys can give me some advice.
