Is it wrong to say you want more analytical/technical work rather than client interaction at an interview?

I just had a phone interview for a Pricing Analyst position at a food importer/logistics company. This company works with a lot of household name companies.

I was just wondering if I should've answered the question "What about your current job doesn't fit you long term" differently since she knew I am currently trying to change positions. I told my interviewer that I wanted more analytical/technical work as that fits my educational background and career interests better since what I do right now (mortgage loan processor) has a lot to do with client interaction with brokers/loan officers/processors.

I would say my communication skills with clients is really good, as I am very comfortable speaking with them over the phone and via email, but I'm just not as interested in that type of work. Communication is even one of my top strengths I usually bring up.
