Is it okay to ask for a tour of the office before accepting a position?

I received a tentative government job offer for a position (barring a background check and drug test) after a phone interview last week.

I am writing an email to schedule the pre-employment paperwork and drug test later this week.

However, in this email I'd like to ask for a tour of the office. Is this acceptable? Like I said, this was based on a phone interview and I haven't seen the office yet.
