Is it a good sign if the interviewer is still open to answering questions after a phone call?

So I've just completed a phone interview and I personally don't think I preformed as well as I could.

I was expecting some more personable questions rather than just a straight re-telling of my resume/work experience.

Anyway the interviewer let me know that I could ask her further questions post-phone call which I take as a sign she's still willing to have open dialogue with me.

She said she'll come back with updates about my candidacy next week.

What do you think?
