Hi all. I'm currently working as a flight attendant based in the Middle East, and will be moving to NY soon to be with my wife.
I have worked with the same company for 8 years, in a management position for 5. I do not have any college.
I am planning on studying to become a RN, but will need to work full time while doing so. I'm happy to work in retail or food service, but my wife believes that my experience would qualify me to work in an office environment.
After 8 years, not working in a customer-facing position is very enticing! However, I have no idea where to start. In originally from Ireland, and my understanding of the US job market is that a bachelor's is required for jobs like that. Any advice would be much appreciated.
