I work through my breaks and bring work home with me. What steps can I take to slowly regain time for myself?

Last month, I started my first post-college administrative job that has me working with a supportive and encouraging team. However, I've noticed that I've lately adopted some unhealthy work habits, especially since the workload has picked up since the beginning of this year.

I notice myself spending my breaks eating food at my desk while working. I just feel like I'll somehow regret eating in peace and doing whatever I want for an hour if I come back to my desk with even more work to do. I've also been secretly bringing work to do at home because I worry about falling behind.

Logically, I know it's stupid because it's like I'm working for free. But, I get super anxious if I'm not doing at least one work-related thing during my breaks and/or at home. I'd like to nip these habits in the bud before they're extremely ingrained and before I've raised my colleagues' expectations of me to an unattainable degree.

I've considered bringing this up to one of my supervisors, but I'm worried about how they might react to my confession... It's been going on for a little over two weeks. What do I do? I'd also appreciate any tips on staying organized and setting work-related boundaries for myself. I'd like to describe myself as a fairly organized person, but I can't tell if that's the case anymore given these circumstances... or if it's because of the workload I promise others I will handle.
