How much follow up is too much?

Hey all,

I applied to a job back before Christmas and was asked for a phone interview pretty quickly. I did that before the holiday. I didn’t hear from them (despite my follow ups) for a few weeks until 2 weeks ago, with them saying they’d like to move me to the next step in the interview process.

When I responded with a note and asking for next steps, I never heard back. I emailed once more a week later, and tried to call a week after that. Their answering machine said to shoot them a text so I sent a professional little message via text.

That was Monday. I really don’t want to be a pest but I strongly feel like me in this role is mutually beneficial for everyone involved. I’m also dying to know what the status of my application is.

Should I follow up a final time? Book a time on their calendar without asking? Hit up their online support chat box?

Or, just let it go and move on?
