Graduated in 2018 but had to take some time off to care for a family member. Now ready for a job, would. How would i explain this to employers?

Hi , please i need advise.

I graduated in 2018 but had to take some time off to focus on some private family matters (Basically had to care for a family member). I plan to start job searching by the end February, 2020. I had a degree in the Information technology and i am fairly competent with computer programming. How do i explain the almost 2 year gap in my resume to potential employers?

p.s: I drove for uber in the weekend as a means of getting some cash.
