Found out I'm vastly underpaid but I only have 1.5 years experience. Do I have to just deal with it?

I worked at my first job for 7 months until the office shut down with 2 days notice.

I immediately got my current job which was nice. I've been at my current job for about 10 months. It has a bullying culture and the culture expects employees to put in 50 hour weeks. I consistently get yelled at for tiny mistakes on 100 page documents.

It is what it is. I could (and do) put up with it.

The company just put out a job posting for my position with the minimum salary being 5% higher than what I make now and the maximum salary of my position is almost 50% higher.

I'd understand if I was on the lower end of the salary spectrum considering I didn't get a ton of valuable experience at my last job. But to be making less than the new guys coming in is infuriating.

I'm definitely going to be looking for a job when I get a year at my current position.

There are job postings in my location going for 15k more than I make now and the only requirement is a college degree with "internship experience preferred".

My main point is, how do I explain having less than 2 years experience at 2 different companies? I know how bad it looks to be a job hopper on your resume. Do I just have to deal with it until I have 2 years at this current company? I'm furious right now and I want to know the best way to go about this.
