Hey all, Right before my interview, my HR rep asked if I had filled out an employment application. I told her I never received one, so she said she'd send it later that day. After my interview, I received the employment application. It asked to fill out info such as references, driver's license info, etc. I was just wondering if it was common for companies to send out employment applications after an interview, and if this was a good indication that I'm being seriously considered for this position.
