Do i have lab experience?

Okay so i have a upcoming phone interview for a lab tech position and i know one of the questions that are going to be asked is if i have lab experience or not.

I do not have any working lab experience. But i do have a Bachelors degree so i have taken biology with lab and chemistry with lab. Is this lab experience? should i say i do have lab experience but not in a work environment but in a education environment?

Or am i better off just saying no i do not have any experience in a lab.
