A dilemma in two job offers, it be great to get some thoughts on it.

Originally, I had got a job offer which I had accepted from Company "A". A great company and one I wouldn't mind working for. I accepted this offer around a month ago and my start date is slowly closing in (in 1 week's time). This is when company "B" comes in with a offer with a role that I really wanted and a company that I would die to work for. The job itself is more related to the path I want to go down in the future. I obviously want to work for company "B".

The problem is that I feel as though I'm burning bridges with Company "A" if a week before I start with a month of commitment time, I suddenly decline to come in. I don't really want that to be the case because this could be potential company I work for in the future and/or people as well. I read over the contract and It doesn't mention anything about quitting before the start date and only mentions a 2-week heads up as well as there being a 3-month probation time. I also don't think its the best for myself to work there for a month and then quit cause most of that time would've been spent training and integrating myself into Company "A".

What is the method to address this with the hiring HR and still be in good terms with Company "A"?
