Job interview in a café

So, I just got a call from the guy conducting the interview, and he told me that we should meet up in a local café.

What is the rulebook here? Should I order something? Should I pay for him? What if the interview is over and I still have my order waiting or unfinished? I don't even drink coffee, do they have non coffee things? Kinda freaking out, would appreciate any help. Thank you in advance!
