I was told an interview would only be 15 minutes. Is this a red flag?

I was called tonight (Sunday at 6pm) about interviewing tomorrow for a job I applied for a few weeks ago. The person who called isn’t the one doing the interviewing and didn’t seem entirely sure of the interviewers schedule. I was told it will only be 15 minute so I could just run in if I had a break during the day. It’s also a “part time” job that’s 36 to 40 hours a week. We got an interview at a time that “might work” for the hiring manager scheduled, but I have a horrible gut feeling about it and don’t want to take last minute time off from my current employer if it will just be a waste of time. Is it just me, or are red flags going up everywhere?
