How to ask for an interview that I declined.

Not sure where to ask so feel free to redirect me to more appropriate sub-reddit for advice.

For information regarding the question,

I had declined an interview offer from company A a week ago because I already had a verbal agreement for a full time position with company B. Just today, the manager from company B rescinded my offer that I was going to start on first week of January.

So, what is the best way to re-approach the recruiter from company A about the interview (via email or phone?) and is it wise to bring up my offer being rescinded?
