Got a job offer, but now I'm being ghosted

I had a job offer on Dec 13, went for the drug test Dec 14. The HR guy told me that he'd give me a call when the results came back to schedule the training I'd have to do to come on board, but now it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything.

Should I give them a call, or email them to see what's going on? During my interview they told me they really needed someone ASAP, but it doesn't seem like that's the case.
