When to expect follow-up email/call after interview?

I had an interview for McDonalds on Wednesday which I think I did pretty decent. They grabbed all my info and photocopied my ID and said that they would be get back to me possibly during the day, tomorrow or a couple of days. It's currently Saturday morning and I haven't gotten a response yet. Should I just move on?
