How does anyone here negotiate pay?
They are offering me 17.50 an hour but I am pushing more towards 20 an hour. They are asking me to work nights and days in the same week. Also, the hours can get as low as 32 hours per week which at $20 per hour would still only be a 10% pay increase over my current job working 40 hours a week. It would be a 37% increase for a 40 hr vs 40 hr comparison.
Any tips?
