Update on interview where they're giving me offer without even an onsite interview because they're 'too busy'

So I am simply practicing my negotiation skills at this point, and asked the recruiter if they would mind meeting me in person so I could get a better feel of the culture and office.

What did the recruiter do? He tries asking me if I'm available for ANOTHER online video chat with them. I sent him a direct message back saying that I'd really like to meet the people I'd be working with in person, and he said that it's too busy for it, they're all out in field doing work.

So if you are familiar with Audio visual industry, much of it is installation and going to different companies installing meeting equipment, rooms etc. And we all know acknowledge that some companies have their busy times.

But this company, on top of EVERYTHING from the posted I linked, is the first one where it's this damn difficult to meet a real life HUMAN who works there before working there. Like they're not even trying to available in that regard. And I've had my share of interviews that didn't go well, but this is a first ever.

Should I keep stringing them along for sake of interview and negotiation practice or just be direct and end it?
