Jobs in Phoenix / Frustrated

I am 22 and literally have only had part time jobs under 13 dollars an hour. I got an associates degree but I know it didn't do much. Unemployed for three months after graduating, I got a job in a mall. ...Maybe I'm just pessimistic but I just want to afford rent to move out of my parents house and I can't even get a full time job that is decent pay. I am currently studying accounting at community college and hope that works with the job market. Anyone having similar experiences in other areas?? If you are not experiencing this job bullshit, what are you doing???
