Is this a Scam? (Just Making a Sanity Check)

Got a weird email took some stuff out for privacy:

In continuing our conversation, would be better to inform us if the personal information in your resume has been changed before we make a call tomorrow. We hope that your personal information below is valid and correct:

We are ready to give you an agreement for sign if you wil be interested to work in our company. Looking forward to speaking with you tomorrow!

Don't remember applying, I have not talked to this person at all. Searched my emails for past correspondence, did not find any. It's a scam right?
