Hiring managers who are short tend to bias toward other short people..

Yesterday I went through a grueling 4 hour interview, and I thought I nailed it. It was a technical interview and I answer every question correctly. Talked to two engineers, one director, who all said they were impressed my answer.

I also talked to the VP of Eng, who’s like 5’2” guy. I’m slight over average height.

I just realized everyone on his team that I talked to were very very short... I don’t think I’m getting the job.
