Advice.

Hi everyone, I am in the IT industry, and I just wanted some opinions of all of y’all. I moved to a new area, I have had many interviews in the city. I narrowed it down to 3 companies. Here’s what I have.

One company offered me the position it’s a small business, benefits are okay, pay is decent for a entry level position. I have been in talks with the CEO and I explained why I need some extra time to decide (not about the money, just about the culture and the ability to move up and if I see myself working for him).

The next company is a medium size company, had the final interview today, they stated they will give me an answer via email if they are choosing me by the end of the week. They offer better benefits, money, ability to move up. Best interview I have had.

The last company is the largest, a lot in benefits, more scalability, better money, overtime, but it does have a “on-call” rotation.

What’s some advice you all can give me, I am a soon to be graduate from college. So all these jobs are entry level.
