Mixed up job timing, ie months spent at a single job, on my resume. Have interview tomorrow. Will it come up on a background check, and did I cost myself the job?

So I have an interview tomorrow for a job I've been trying to get. I feel like I nailed the video interview and the personality test, and am now moving into an in-person one. I have two years of experience in this field of sales and am very confident that I can do well in my interview tomorrow. The one problem, however, is of a job in an unrelated field.

I worked there 2 years ago for maybe 4 or 5 months. On my resume it says I worked there for about 7 months. In truth, this was during a very turbulent time in my life, and I don't really remember much of my experience then. I had to leave the job due to issues with a family member. It was an entry level job working at a big box retailer, think like Wal-Mart or similar. I left this job very abruptly after leaving the state, the person I was living with had a drug abuse issue.

What I think was my biggest mistake was, during a phone interview I was asked how long I worked there and I just parroted my resume - 7 months, thinking that they were testing me for consistency. I realize now they may have been taking notes for my background check, and will uncover that there is a few more months on my resume that I worked there that I may not have. I've since fixed the resume and have not sent it out anywhere else for fear that I've messed up my chances of getting the job.

I've been extremely honest with my resume up-front, going so far as to list my one single certification I have (Comptia A+) had expired last May, I was sure to put that as "Expired as of May 2019" on my resume, just for transparency.

Is it possible the recruiter will see this as a lie if it's a difference of 1-2 months? I'm trying to see if I can explain this if it's brought up to me, or even if they will bring it up to me and not just deny me the job even if I'm well qualified for it.

Thanks.
