I accepted a job but I’m on the 3rd interview for a different job at double the pay. Should I begin training at the lower job and leave if I get the better job? Or be forthright and not waste their time?

I verbally agreed to begin a new job but I am surprisingly advancing in the application process for a different job that’s over double the salary.

Should I keep the job i accepted in the dark and, if ai fail to get the higher paying job just carry on?

if i Do get the higher paying job I cut them loose and say sorry?

Would the employer i accepted the job for appreciate it if i say sorry i am waiting on this other job’s decision and i shouldn’t begin their training program until I know?
