Advice on Job Offer in small business

I was interviewed and offered a job right on the spot for a company. They told me to take some time to think about it and get back to them. The interview included a tour and explanation of some daily duties and routines. Initially i was really interested and excited however the tour kept going and going. During it all the guy said "you definitely won't be sitting down" about 10 times. As it went on it, i started to understand why. They are also in a way to small of space and they are saying they are going to try to get in a new place in about a year hopefully. But in the meantime there is simply not enough room to make everything organized and work properly.

Also during the interview we were talking about overtime and how busy they are and what not. He said right out the gate I'll be doing well over 40. He also mentioned at a different point that they are busiest in the winter so now isn't even their busiest time. That seemed like a red flag for me. The job would look great on my resume and really open some doors for me but to me it sounds like they are essentially putting a person in charge of 2 jobs. The pay is decent it's nothing crazy but would be a step up for me for sure. Also since it is a small business with family involved to a degree one of the family members would be my subordinate. I feel there would be some conflict there with a family member being my boss and then im a boss of another family member.

Like I said initially I was pretty interested and excited but the more I learned the more I questioned if this was a good idea for me. Would love to get some opinions on this.
