Switching My Career

I'm 25 and I don't have that much experience. I just got job offer for sales for a insurance place and I was wondering if any of you could give me any advice on whether this is the right move.

I do not have any sales experience. I only have experience in warehouse, ecommerce, retail. What should I expect and if any of you did the same; no sales exp, how was your first year?

edit: been reading the company reviews, people are saying it's 100% commission, kind of risky for someone like me, no?
