Should my fiancé lie on her resume

She is almost finished school to become a nurses aid and is doing her second clinical placement at a great place. They asked her to come for a job interview in a couple weeks. The only thing is that she used to have horrible social anxiety and has next to no work experience. No one else knows this. She has been amazing at the facility and has gotten 3 recommendations from her preceptor and 2 instructors as well as being a Dean’s list student. She is contemplating making up some retail experience for the past to put on her resume, because she thinks she can’t get the job otherwise, but is worried they will find out. What can you do in that situation to actually get your foot in the door somewhere?
