Social Media Ad Campaign to Get Hired

I'm thinking of running a super low-budget targeted ad campaign on social media to get my resume out in front of employers in my industry. The ad will be featured in column format and show a 100x100 pixel image, 25 character headline (with external link), and 75 character description. I'm looking for a mid-senior level role and will be targeting HR and Executive staff.

What are some examples of attention-grabbing/appropriate text?

Should I use a professional head-shot for the image or some other type graphic?
