No references for job application?

I haven't had a job where I have had a supervisor or manager since 2016 and before that 2014. A job that I am interested in applying for is asking for references. I dont even have the contact info of that manager anymore and I dont even know whether they still work there or not anyway. I have a per diem job based in schools right now but it isnt stable work and I don't have a boss. Each school I go to I just clock in and go where Im assigned. The company Im employed through is large and there is no manager or boss or anything like that so I don't know what to put for this application or for future applications that request references.
