I got a job offer(on phone) with Microsoft - Seattle 5 days ago after many interviews. I'm still waiting for an official offer letter. Unfortunately, I was caught with the possession of marijuana in New Jersey a day ago. Will I lose the job?

I'm an international student in the USA and this is the first time ever I got a charge. A little background on the incident, I was in a car with some dude(his car), we had around an ounce of weed in total and the car was smelling weed when the cops came. They arrested the other dude and me for possession of marijuana(first charge), smoking without a prescription (second) and for his grinder having weed residue(third charge) and will have to attend the court next month. I'm scared that this will show up in the background check and effect my chances of getting the offer letter or job in general. I don't want to lose my dream job can someone please please please guide me with the same? Thanks a lot for reading my post.
