I got a job offer...but it feels like one step forward, two steps back.

I received a receptionist job offer from a small chiropractic doctors office. I spoke to the doctor today about the details of the position. I will be taking a $2 pay cut compared to my current job, no paid time off, no benefits. I was excited but now I feel nervous. I’m currently going to community college for a Medical Office Admin associates degree. This job would give me the industry experience I really need. Does it seem worth it to take the offer?
