How to get orders on Fiverr and Upwork and survive as a freelancer.

Hey guys i am 20yo and in a 3rd world country. I have programming skills in Artificial intelligence and machine learning. I also know Python. I have my expenses in USD cause i am also an electronics developer (parts are mostly ordered online and cost in USD) and owns a website to keep these things fueling i have to do some kind of work that will pay me in USD.

When asked other people they say go flip burgers at McDonald's or mow some one's lawn. Well I don have a McDonald's in 500 mile range of my city and people dont have lawns here.

I want to make money with freelancing and my programming skills and need to get orders on Fiverr before 10 September or the electricity goes out.
