Am I paranoid or am I onto something?

Hello everyone!

Best of luck in the job hunt! Here's my question: I'm researching a prospective employer on Glassdoor, and I noticed that they have 150+ positions open/available. In my research I've learned that they have 4000+ ish employees, am I being paranoid thinking that's a lot of positions open for that many employees? They've also been listed on those top employer lists for the year, and that sort of thing (not that that sways me tbh).
