Am I a jerk if I take an interview for a new job, when I only started my current job last week?

The company I worked for for several years closed, and because of my personal financial situation I took the first job I was offered (to be fair, it was the only job I was offered). I am overqualified for the role, but was told lots of advancement opportunities exist.

I started last week, however I wasn't even able to train on any of my responsibilities until this week, because of technical difficulties that were not fixed despite multiple daily requests. So I spent the first six days doing almost nothing (watching hours and hours of training videos, most not relevant to my position, but not useless).

Today, I got a voicemail from another company I applied to. I was asked to call back - not specifically offered an interview, but she said my resume was "fantastic." This job is equal to or more challenging than the one I lost.

So am I a jerk if I pursue this, or is that a reasonable response?

Also, if I do call, do I be forthcoming that I've started a new job, or do I try to leave that out?
