Very likely overthinking this, but...

Really small thing, but if a job posting says:

"Please email cover letter, with resume and salary requirements to xyz,”

do you think it means I should include salary requirements in the cover letter or separately?

I know what I've done on other job applications, but I haven't run across something worded quite like this. Any bit of advice is appreciated.
